Memorial Day weekend I was working with some out of town buyers to find the best 2 homes in the south suburbs here in Denver, specifically Highlands Ranch, Littleton, Centennial and Parker Colorado. We saw 15 homes on Saturday and another 10 or so on Sunday and chose 3. We went home and thought overnight, wrote up an offer on #1 on Memorial Day to close June 30. Before I could get the offer to the other agent, agent #2 left a message they had an offer on #2. Once the offer gets submitted on #1 we get the call, we have a 2nd offer. We lost and did not get #1. We did get the word they actually had 2 other offers, in addition to ours.
The market in Denver is not changing???? Multiple offers on 2 properties???
OK, once again, tell me the market is not good!
